Our network of 30 physical distribution centers allows this division to perform pickup, sortation, and distribution required by retailers and shippers within the e-commerce sector. We use a streamlined technology platform that ensures proof of delivery with options for signature capture, coordinates, address stamps, and photos of the final destination for a completed proof of delivery. CX Direct also offers scheduled, on-demand, and hot shot courier services for numerous industries, including local and regional labs, hospital systems, pharma, and health care facilities needing time-sensitive deliveries. Our 30 southeast DCs provide ample space to supply our client partners with warehousing options if required. CX Direct indeed provides a “mutually funded” approach for logistics needs.
